We are fortunate to host two very influential and internationally recognised speakers at our Durban event.
PHILIP WOLLEN; International speaker, philanthropist and former Vice-President of Citibank. In 2005 he received the Medal of the Order of Australia, and in 2007 he won the Australian of the Year (Victoria) award. Philip Wollen takes you briefly on his private journey from the corporate world to kindness in action; from the world of lobsters and Lear jets to shelters and slaughterhouses.
WALLY FRY; Entrepreneur, philanthropist and Co-Founder of Fry’s Family Foods – South Africa’s largest vegetarian food brand. Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2010. Wally Fry recounts his inspiring journey from Goat Trader to CEO of the largest independently owned vegan business in the world.

Please join us for this rare opportunity to hear an address by international speaker and philanthropist Philip Wollen.

He then explores the intersection of faith, literature, ethics, and solving the grave problems that beset us… threats to Peace, to the Environment, to our Economies, Human Health and ultimately and most importantly, to our Consciences.”
Wollen is a former Vice-President of Citibank and General Manager at Citicorp. At age 34 he was named as one of the top 40 headhunted executives in Australia. In 2005 he received the Medal of the Order of Australia, and in 2007 he won the Australian of the Year (Victoria) award. In 2014 he received the University of Adelaide Distinguished Alumni Award.
